Pawleys Island has been a vacation destination since the 1700s and it remains charming yet laid back. The beach is unspoiled and un-commercialized, while the area is full of unique boutiques and restaurants. Pawleys Island has the great food and fun of Charleston, without the expense, and the golf of Myrtle Beach, without the crowds.

Golf Getaway

Nothing in Pawleys Island is very far away. It is a quaint area with some nice restaurants catering to different budgets. Best to do research on golf discounts as some courses are very pricey. The condo is on the top (3rd) floor. Bonus is that no one is walking above you and there is a raised ceiling. We VRBO a lot. If you stay for an extended period there will always be something pop up where you will need to contact your host. Colin is exceptional. Five stars. There is a bonus with this condo .. a state park pass. The park is only a few minutes away and the ocean beach is exceptional. The condo itself is aging but cared for. Along with golf (Pawleys Plantation and Heritage are fun and good value depending on the time of year .. True Blue and Caledonia are more expensive but exceptional) there are lots of other things to experience in Pawleys Island and nearby Murrells Inlet, where you need to visit the Dead Dog Saloon and have lunch on the back deck overlooking the water.

Quiet getaway

Loved the mid century modern decor. Cozy and clean. Third story location might be a concern for those with mobility issues, but makes for a relaxing birds eye view of golf course from the enclosed screened balcony. Close to good restaurants and shops but not conveniently located to beach.

We came into town for a destination wedding, and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen were perfect, very clean, all of the necessities. Highly recommended.

Filthy dirty, garbage disposal smelled like dead fish.

Well when it says its clean it should be clean. I stayed on because I had no other place to go. When I told owner it was dirty he wanted me to send pictures. He knew it was dirty because he had long term renters before me and did not have a deep clean done on the unit before my stay. Never again.

Terrific True Blue Condo

This condo is a fabulous spot for anyone visiting Pawleys Island for a short or long term stay! The condo has absolutely everything you need and very clean!! The beds are extremely comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Colin is fabulous to deal with and communication is great and quick when needed. The beach and golf courses are close by plus great shopping and local restaurants are easily accessible. The pool and hot tub are a short 3 minute walk to get to also. We stayed for almost 4 months and hope to be back again soon. You will not be disappointed in staying in this condo. My wife and I highly recommend it!! We hope to back again soon!!

Great Beach Vacation

I cannot say enough good things about this property and host. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the clean, comfortable and pampered feel of the condo. Very appealing decor. The beds were so comfortable. We had everything that we needed for our stay and extra amenities as well. Large TV's in each bedroom and the living room were a nice touch. Easy drive to public beaches - we especially enjoyed visiting the South parking lot. It had more spaces, was easier to get in and out of, and the beach itself was most pleasant. Colin was a gracious and helpful host. He responded immediately any time we had a question. Overall, a perfect experience.

Well located and perfect for a relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect in the apartment, very clean, beds very comfortable 😌, we had what we needed 🙂 I love the location!, this community is very quiet and close to shopping and the beach, a short drive to Broogreen gardens and the Huntington Beach State Park. Thank you!
