Spacious and casual, this classic single-level raised beach house on the southern neck of Pawleys Island offers the perfect getaway for easy living. Enjoy private access to the beach and tidal creek as well as lovely Lowcountry views in nearly every direction. Outdoor features include two sundecks and two screened porches – one set on each side of the home providing rockers, a hammock, and dining set. Also on the list is the creek dock with covered cabana, an enclosed outdoor shower, and ample covered parking. Indoors, the private floor plan provides two bedrooms on each side of the central common areas - two en suite bedrooms on the north side, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the south side. Just about 10 houses away is the entrance to a wildlife beach preserve that goes for a mile - great for a dog to run or to just enjoy peace and quiet.
