This serene, gated community is just 45 minutes south of the vibrant Myrtle Beach and a convenient 90-minute drive from the historic charm of Charleston. This elegantly decorated, second-floor condo is the perfect retreat after a day filled with golfing, beach outings, sightseeing, shopping, fishing, or kayaking. The spacious two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo is situated on the renowned Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, with a pub and clubhouse just a two-minute stroll away. The community also offers tennis courts, a full-size driving range, a putting green, and the highly regarded Mel Sole Golf School. The upscale unit comfortably sleeps eight, with bedrooms positioned on either side of the living room for maximum privacy. One of the generously-sized bedrooms features two Queen beds, a walk-in closet, and a large master bathroom with dual sinks, and a separate shower. The well-appointed kitchen features a breakfast bar, a new electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and all necessary dishes, cutlery, and cookware. Pawleys Plantation is set within a stunning 580-acre gated community, where you can walk or bike among centuries-old live oaks draped in Spanish moss and explore the picturesque salt marshes, home to wildlife such as egrets, herons, wood storks, turtles, and even the occasional alligator. Outside the resort, you'll find a diverse selection of highly rated restaurants and popular shops, including the famous Hammock Shops. Nearby attractions include the internationally acclaimed Brookgreen Gardens Sculpture Park and Zoo, Huntington Beach State Park, and Hobcaw Barony—all within a ten-minute drive.
