Charming and well furnished, this two-story raised home boasts a spectacular saltmarsh creek view from the front porch where sunset serenades can be enjoyed from a rocking chair. The common areas are located on the top (second) floor along with a powder room, primary bedroom suite, and back deck boasting Adirondack chairs and the sound of the ocean’s surf. A TV den is located on the first floor along with three bedrooms, two full baths, washer/dryer, and access to another back deck. Internal and external stairwells as well as the elevator provide convenient transit between all floors. A fenced garden courtyard with covered furnished patio and grill are featured behind and under the house in addition to an outdoor shower and covered parking.
