The inside of the house was super clean, recently renovated with lots of modern touches, really nice bathrooms, and a cozy feel to the living area. The screened back porch also great for just sitting out and enjoying the day! Only thing i wish this property had was a hot tub and wish you could hear the waves of the ocean a little better from the back porch. The walk to the beach was fairly short. It’s has 2 dishwashers which really came in handy! Plenty of seating at the island and dining table. The living room also has plenty of seating and a large assortment of board games. The wet bar area with full size fridge was a bonus. The wall of glass doors fully opens up to a screened in deck. That was so nice to be able to open those up except when the neighbor decided to drill things and pressure wash their roof for most of the Sunday we were there. It has a ping pong table and basketball hoop. Although we couldn’t find any paddles/balls or a basketball. We went and purchased those which was no big deal. There is an elevator however it was not working correctly but we didn’t really need to use it. I did let the rental office know. The location is good. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area but not walking distance. Our fault we left an iPad pencil behind but it was never found.
