Regardless of the reason, the Pawley's Island area is far enough from the traffic and crowds, but still, a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The area is a golfer's delight with many top-rated courses within a 15 minute drive, restaurants and shops are a abundant and easily accessible from this property. Just a short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south on Business 17\. Murrells Inlet is also just a short drive to the north and features the world famous Marsh Walk, with incredible dining and shopping and exciting water activities such as fishing, boating and the ever popular dolphin cruises! \*The LBTS Owner's Board of Directors passed a new admission fee to be known as a "Resort Fee" for all vacation renters. All owners or their rental agents are required to collect and remit the funds for renters arriving after January 1, 2024\. Living room furniture not too comfortable as it is outdoor furniture being used indoors. Main bathroom could use updating. Overall- great house. Clean. Decorated nicely Will NEVER book another property with iTrip involved. They do not answer the phone. We Had questions during months leading up to arrival date and could only send a message. Even asked in message to call us and they would not. Ask them a question via message and they reply with “look back to the email we sent”. Terrible customer service!!
