La camera è piccola e modesta, non al livello di un albergo a 4 stelle. Il ristorante serve buoni piatti, purtroppo non ha l’aria condizionata e fa molto caldo in estate, peccato non si possa cenare almeno all’esterno nel bel parco, forse a causa delle zanzare. Water wasn’t free and the cost of the room was too expensive for the basic of rooms compared to 5\* properties we’ve stayed at for less money and free water.. ##### Wendy Stayed 1 night in Aug 2022 ### 4/10 Poor #### Eri Aug 3, 2022 Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 施設利用できず、残念なホテルでした。 今回、屋内プールと野外プール、SPA ジャグジー、サウナがあるという事でこのホテルを選びました。 でも実際には夏はサウナも室内プールもジャグジーもやっていないようで、利用できませんでした。 外のプールは、宿泊者以外も利用できるようでものすごく混んでいました。 利用するには、宿泊者も外から来ても10€、料金がかかるようです。 部屋の空調も良くなくて 部屋に冷蔵庫はあったけど、飲み物が全く無く 部屋でくつろぐという感じではありませんでした。 なぜこのホテルが4つ星クラスなのか？ 理解できません。 事前に利用できる条件の表示が不足しています。 利用可能な期間 有料、ならその金額、 予約の要、不要など。。 もっと事前に表示すべきだと感じました。 室内プールとジャグジーがあったから 高価な四つ星のホテルを選んだのに、ホテルで楽しめないのは本当に泊まった事を後悔します。 このホテルだけではなくて、もっと事前調査をして利用できない曜日や期間があるなら、予約前に共有してほしいです。 ##### Eri Stayed 1 night in Jul 2022 ### 6/10 Okay #### Simon, London Oct 12, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities The room was functional but clean but it probably is the closest experience I have ever come to staying in a prison from the decoration in the corridors, to the basic minimal cheap food on plastic trays, to the staff indifference, to the heavy security gate on the front of the property. It didnt feel like a 'homely' stay the decor is dated and some of it needs a really good clean and refurb. We wish we had have had time to stay more. The resort is set in beautiful gardens, with two swimming pools and an outdoor cafe. There is a restaurant but it was closed on Sunday (the night we were there). The staff were very friendly. We had a small dog with us and it was a lovely touch to find a bed and bowls for him in our room on arrival. The resort is only a few years old and is well maintained. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice. The swimming pool and spa area is excellent. I would recommend the water jet massage!
