The staff were great. Depending on what you’re looking for the location is great. Only three units(converted seacans) and a patio for guests on top. The restaurant is fairly busy in the evenings but other than that it’s peaceful af. Great sunset views nightly. Parrots,hummingbirds. Great breakfast.

The property was nice for a large family to stay. It fit our entire family which was nice but it’s not shiny new. Road noise at night is obnoxious but we were near the front. The photos make it look perfect but it’s not. The area around is kinda sketchy but it is Jaco Beach. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and the main strip. The staff was the best part of the property. They were super friendly and the activities director was amazing. I would stay at this property again given the cost we paid vs other name brand hotels / properties. Overall I enjoyed our stay but it was because of the people that worked there.

when we got there there was a bunch of little ants I went to go tell the staff and cl and it right away, they were all gone except for like 2-3 but they werent harmful. there was a Mexican restaurant right next door which was delicious, a fresh market where we got some food a McDonald's and KFC crossing ...
