In fact, the depandance is completely independent of the ground floor which can be accessed through stone walkways that cross the garden park. On the upper floor there is the annex consisting of a large multipurpose room, with cooking area and bathroom with shower; the remaining part is used as a dining and sleeping area, with the use of a double sofa bed. It is equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioner (only on the upper floor), dishes and TV. Outside it is surrounded by a large porch of about 70sqm with splendid sea view and large terraces all equipped with umbrellas, sun beds, tables, chairs and sofas. On the lower level, on the countryside level subjected to the first, the villa consists of a large living room, dining room with cooking area, hallway, laundry room, two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with bunk beds, four full bathrooms with shower. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, oven, microwave oven, fridge, multifunction grinder, charcoal barbecue on wheels, hairdryer, dishes, shoe rack and two televisions. Outside on the south side, it is equipped with two retractable wall awnings (12mt by 3mt) that give shade on a large paved stone square equipped with table, sofas and shower chairs. It is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday without giving up the comforts and comforts of the large outdoor spaces set up with delightful Mediterranean-style furnishings. Jul 28, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Bellissima vacanza Io e mia moglie con i miei figli e le rispettive famiglie abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza nella villa immersa in un giardino con vegetazione mediterranea dove il silenzio era interrotto solo dal frinire dei grilli. Il signor Eduardo, il proprietario, si è sempre mostrato gentilissimo e disponibile , ti accoglie come un amico e infatti ci ha fatto trovare all’arrivo qualche buona bottiglia di vino locale che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La moglie si è premurata di farci trovare tutto l’essenziale per la vacanza. Un unico piccolo inconveniente è stato rapidamente risolto con l ‘ intervento del signor Eduardo. Sep 25, 2014 #### Vacanza meravigliosa! Siamo stati ospiti della villa con un gruppo di amici, in totale 9 persone, ed è stata una vacanza meravigliosa! La casa è spaziosa e bene arredata, come stile ricorda alcune ville che abbiamo visto in Francia, in Costa Azzurra. Praticamente ogni stanza ha il proprio bagno e questo è un fatto molto importante perchè ciascuno può avere la necessaria "privacy". Ci sono poi degli spazi comuni molto ampi per mangiare assieme, sia all'interno che all'esterno. La casa si trova in un ampio giardino mediterraneo, leggermente in collina. Questo fa sì che il clima sia sempre ventilato, anche la notte si dorme bene e non si soffre mai troppo il caldo. Dal primo piano si gode di una vista mare incantevole. A circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge una caletta con scogli, dove fare il bagno. Lì ci sono vari bar e ristoranti ottimi ed a buon mercato. Personalmente abbiamo preferito questo luogo facilmente raggiungibile, piuttosto che le spiaggie più affollate. In ogni caso per chi lo volesse, in 10 minuti d'auto si raggiungono le località più rinomate del Salento (Marina di Pescoluse, Lido Marini ecc.). In generale, tutto corrisponde a quanto descritto sul sito, anzi direi che per noi ha superato le migliori aspettative! I proprietari, Eduardo e Lia, ci hanno accolto con simpatia, sono sempre stati disponibili ed hanno fatto di tutto per rendere gradevole il soggiorno. Jun 24, 2014 #### Villa incantevole Per chi desidera ampi spazi in un contesto naturale d'eccezione questa villa mediterranea è la scelta ottimale. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana incantevole dal 14 al 21 giugno 2014 circondati dal silenzio e dalla privacy assoluta che solo questa villa può offrire. Da San Gregorio dista poche centinaia di metri percorrendo una stradina asfaltata che si inerpica in un quartiere residenziale dove le altre abitazioni quasi non si scorgono tanto bene sono inserite nell'ambiente naturale dando la sensazione di essere isolati. Il silenzio è assoluto. Un'autentica oasi di pace a poche decine di metri sul livello del mare. La casa offre un confort di alto livello, bene arredata e le 4 stanze del piano terra (due matrimoniali e due con 2 letti a castello) sono affiancate da ben 4 bagni (uno per camera) La cucina è attrezzatissima con lavastoviglie forno elettrico (c'è anche un microonde) ampio frigorifero con grande congelatore a cassetti. Grande tavolo dove trovano posto otto persone. Mobili e pensili dove riporre un pò di tutto. Al piano superiore si trova un'altra stanza matrimoniale con bagno All'esterno c'è un altro tavolo e angolo di relax con divanetto e poltrone in vimini. Il tutto si ripete al piano di sopra. Insomma, si sta a proprio agio con ampi spazi a disposizione. Ed ero un particolare e gradito accenno ai proprietari. La Sig.ra Laura vi contatterà per prima con mail e poi per telefono e con estrema cortesia vi darà qualsiasi tipo di chiarimento Vi fosse necessario. Gentilissima e cordiale. I suoi genitori, la Sig.ra Lia e il Sig. Eduardo vi accoglieranno come vecchi amici in virtù di un innato senso di ospitalità e cortesia e vi faranno trovare la casa in perfetto stato e piena di tutti quei dettagli che rendono più semplice, agevole e gradito l'arrivo in una casa di vacanze. Concludo chiarendo alcuni aspetti relativi alla posizione. La villa è situata a 400/500 metri dalla provinciale costiera. Sio trova a cira 4/5 km dalle Maldive del Salento e dalle piu belle spiagge del salento sia verso Gallipoli che verso S.M di Leuca. Per chi non avesse voglia di guidare a San Grogorio (si può andare a piedi) troverà un paio di ristoranti gradevoli e accoglienti dove mangiare un ottimo pesce.
