The beds were a little firm for me and the pillows were great. My only pet piece was their policy to charge 1000 baht for guests. Most of the other hotels did not have this charge. We opted for an ocean view room, which was located on the seventh floor. The view was breathtaking, however, the Wi-Fi seemed not to reach our floor very well. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. There are plenty of convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. They utilize the gym from a neighboring hotel, which I did not mind because it was well equipped. The pool is also one of a neighboring hotel and located in a non-secluded area so it did not seem to be utilized much. The rooftop bar and restaurant was very nice with great views as well. Available seating, delicious food, and a DJ on the weekends.
