Aucune réponse à ce jour suite à mon mécontentement Du Hard Rock Hôtel !!! Voici copie Sir, Following my stay at your hotel and a change of room due to an outside nuisance due to an outside machinery and the connecting room occupied by people speaking loudly you changed me from room to room with two beds whereas my request was 1 bed and no terrace. Also from 5:30 am the staff of your hotel occupying a room next to my room speaks loudly exclaims rie etc .... I am very unhappy with this stay not being up to your communication cordially Monsieur, Pour faire suite à mon séjour à votre hôtel et à un changement de chambre dû à une nuisance extérieur du à une machinerie extérieure et à la chambre communicante occupée par des personnes parlant fortement vous m’avez changé de chambre pour une (833) ayant deux lits alors que ma demande était de 1 lit et aucune terrasse. De plus à partir de 5h30 le personnel de votre hôtel occupant une pièce à côté de ma chambre parle à haute voix s’exclame rie etc .... je suis fort mécontent de ce séjour n’étant pas à la hauteur de votre communication. cordialement

L'un des meilleurs Hard Rock Hôtel et pourtant l'un des moins couteux. La partie piscine vient d'être refaite en séparant bien le côté plage artificielle de la piscine, c'est un plus. L'hôtel est bien centré dans la ville et la déco rock toujours aussi sympa

Superbe moment au Hard Rock hotel !!!
Un moment de bonheur dans cet hotel ! Tout est fait pour se sentir au top: l accueil extra, Check in impeccable et rapide, chambre superbe donnant sur la plage et la piscine, les lits sont très bons ! Le petit dej est sensationnel ... La piscine egalement. Heureusement car Pattaya ne vaut pas le détour !

The only thing we wasn't happy about that out room wasn't wasn't ready when we arrived after a 17 hour flight. We arrived 15.00 had to wait for room to be cleaned. Staff were fantastic on day of leaving they allowed us to keep our room on and extra two hours. We were really happy with everything the hotel had to offer. We are that impressed with everything we are hoping to stay again in November we could not fault anything. Keep up the good work Hard Rock you really rocked it!!!!
