6\. Washer in the apartment (in second bedroom balcony). There is also a laundry center with Washers and Dryers for your usage,  
7\. Free Shuttle Van to drop off/pick up from Pattaya Beach Center,   
8\. Top quality Water Filter for free drinking water,

What are not provided in this apartment:  
1\. We do not provide daily cleaning but you can ask for this service at Thb1500, which is included deep cleaning plus change of all linens and towels. We do not change towels either on daily or weekly, so you must be happy to wash it with the washer (laundry room at the building with dryer) during your stay.  
2\. We do not provide any breakfast, you can do simple cooking for your own breakfast with eggs, hams and breads.  
3\. We do not refill the tissue papers, water bottles, detergents and other stuff, we would recommend you to buy it from supermarket to refill upto your requirements during your stay, as we dont have staff staying in this of this apartment are:  
  
This is strictly non smoking apartment. You will agree with me that it is a paradise of staying here.   
  
It is the corner unit with 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms located (both are showers, no bath tub here) on the 31st floor with beautiful 270 degree of Pattaya bay, Jomtien bay and Koh Larn island. We can see Bali Hai pier to go Koh Larn from the living room, walking distant to pier and Walking Street only 350 meters.   
  
The Apartment is fully furnished with beautiful furniture and all facilities, such as Big Refrigerator, Top quality Pure Water filter for Drinking water, Electric Stove, Washing Dishes Sink, Washer, kettle, toaster, microwave, rice cooker, 55 inches Smart Curve TV in living room with sound bar system, 2 of 48 inches in each bedroom, 2 King size beds (1 in each room), working table with working Lamp, 2 Bathrooms with shower rooms, washer, hanger, dinning table at balcony, Big Italian leather sofa for your relaxation at Living room, 3 air cons in each bedroom/living room, iron board with iron, hair dryers, 2 WIFI systems (from 2 internet providers), everything that make your living a very Happy Holiday. Lastly, a love from our family. The best view to see live Fireworks during Fireworks Festival and New Year from our Living Room.  
  
Free two swimming pools, car parking, gym, and free 2 wifi. Free Shuttle Van To Go To The Beach And Downtown (check with reception).  
  
Please do not smoke at the apartment (smoke at balcony with balcony door closed) and do not throw tissues in the toilet bowls. Penalty of Thb5,000 will be imposed.
