L’accueil est top, les formalités sont tres rapide, mais l’état de l’hotel ... La chambre bien propre, les clims fonctionnent bien Cela dit dès qu’on passe l’accueil, et en arrivant au hall, une forte odeur d’humidité frappe, se poursuit dans l’ascenseur et dans le couloir. C’était un bon hôtel, je sais pas ce qu’il s’est passé.

Très bon accueil, les employés sont extrêmement gentils et à notre service et l'hôtel se trouve à 2 pas de la plage. L'aménagement de la chambre est très bien avec une literie très bonne. Belle piscine sur le toit. Seul inconvénient, pas de vue des chambres mais très calme.

Hotel très bien situé
Emplacement parfait près de tout ,la plage 2 minutes de marche,Resto tout près , Personnel extrêmement gentil ,piscine sur le toit,peut-être serait bien d'avoir des parasols.Petit déjeuner à la carte très bon Y retournerait .

We arrived at 9 AM and were expecting to checkin at least a little bit early. The front desk was not at all accommodating and was firm with the 2 PM strict checkin. We has to launder around here and there and the fact that we could not freshen up after a long flight made this entire experience frustrating. We tried our luck to checkin again around 1 PM. She was again firm that we had to wait until 2 PM. Apart from this experience, rest of the stay was fine. The hotel is located very close to the beach and bangla road.

Room is spacious and clean, excellent customer services, fast wifi, quiet working A/c. Central location with excellent food opposite the hotel and a reliable, trust worthy, reasonable price pink tuktuk (no A464 Mr Khu) parks around the corner

The hotel's play area is great for families with small children. Location makes it really comfortable to sample all Phuket has to offer without walking to far. The biggest disappointment was no breakfast.

Loved staying here! It’s in a terrific location, only about a 1.5 minute walk to the beach and the street it’s on was one of the most peaceful in Patong. The rooms and common areas are all cute and very clean but the true stars of the show are the staff. They were all kind and helpful and very professional and went above and beyond after the airline lost my wife’s bag. 10/10 would recommend.

入住4人床房,房內燈光很暗,而且冷氣機滴水非常嚴重,後來跟人員講給我們換了2人房,但我住的冷氣機很大聲音,不能入睡!!!

Family friendly hotel located 1 minute walk from Patong Beach. Hotel have an old and new section, try to get a room in new section as it has elevator/pool on rooftop/clean rooms(no cockroaches) Staff very friendly and flexible try to help out we were able to change room from old section to new section Breakfast not very good, tasteless few options and some guest got sick from it. Also saw a cockroach run over breakfast floor Highly recommended if you get a room in new section

Love this hotel very much. - Staffs were friendly - small playground for children & a big blue slide from level two to reception area. - 5-10mins walk to beach. - Mini mart jusT 2mins away - food stall just opp hotel - spacious room with full toiletries - Free beach towel (return after use) Overall: really satisfied with everything. Will definitely recommend to those with children.

見た目は新しいが、そこそこの感じ。シャワールームは、イマイチでした。でも全体的には清潔で、お勧めできます。何と言っても、場所が良いです。ビーチに近いし、バングラにも（ちょうど良い）離れ具合で。

This is my second stay with Kokotel , the first in Chingmai n now in Phuket. I booked a quadruple room with 4 single beds. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is standard .The hotel locate near Patong beach but about 15 to 20 mins walk to Junclyon shopping mall. I like the family room that feel cost to stay together.
