« I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available. »

« Hôtel en travaux: pas de piscine. Tout est défoncé et bâché. De nombreuses chambres condamnées. Les ouvriers ne se sont pas donné la peine de passr l'aspirateur correctement: des bouts de ciment ou cailloux jonchent l'entrée. Par la fenêtre, on voit un vrai dépotoir avec de vieux frigos et meubles. Mieux vaut fermer l'établissement dans ces conditions , qu'imposer un tel spectacle et de telles conditions de déplacement à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Un spectacle désolant.... »

« Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad. Additionally, the desk was unattended most evenings with easy access to the building, the food permit...
