This is truly a dream home and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast. The Space: Enjoy VICTORIAN VILLA, located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles in this fully restored Victorian Beauty! The living room has leather couch, chairs, and features a 65" Smart TV and pool table. The kitchen would please a professional chef. It is Fully-stocked with a 60" commercial Viking range and stainless appliances, small appliances include Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, waffle iron, Instant Pot, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, juicer, bread machine and more. Enjoy using the luxury cookware, glassware and tablewear. The Master bedroom is downstairs with en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, and 55" Smart TV. Bedroom 2 is upstairs, queen bed and 55" Smart TV. Bedroom 3 is upstairs, queen-sized bed and 43" Smart TV. The full bathrooms include custom expansive, walk-in, showers with dual heads, towel warmers, luxury towels and bathroom supplies Outdoor Areas: The outdoor backyard space features a large covered patio. Also attached is a deck with seating and dining space. The outdoor kitchen includes a built-in gas grill, refrigerator and sink. Play a game in the horseshoe pits or head over the the additional outdoor area that features outdoor lounge seating. The garden abounds with fruit trees and sprawling lawns while giant Oak and Walnut trees provide ample shade during the summer months. A caretaker will walk through the yard in the morning and evening to tend to the chickens and ducks. It was a joy to cook in the chef's kitchen with high quality gear and more knives than I knew what to do with. So fortunate we stayed here for a special Christmas. Comfortable beds and furnishings and immaculately clean (even under the beds), and had everything we could have possibly needed. We were 'stuck' with stormy weather, so we were grateful for the beautiful garden with fruit trees and pond, the wonderful chickens and ducks (my kids LOVED the poultry), the spacious hot tub, and the pool table. Nintendo switch was an amazing plus for my kids. Hosts were super friendly and helpful; someone came right over to help us turn on the electric fireplace.
