The house is nicely furnished with all the modern amenities. Kitchen is very nice and comes with everything needed to make full meals. When we arrived, the dishwasher had water in the basin and it smelled terrible. Visible sign of mold throughout and washer would not drain. I contacted the property manager and she quickly sent out a repair person. The dishwasher drain system was repaired and we were told to run two cycles to clean away the mold and foul smell. The smell was better but not completely gone and the mold was still visible. We did not use the dishwasher during our stay. Also, it was 95 degrees plus during our stay and the guest bedroom was always warm. The cool air from the AC system struggled to push air into the guest bedroom vent. It was very uncomfortable for our guest which caused them to spend a couple of nights in the living room. The interior of the house had lots of cobwebs which we cleaned ourselves. Other than those three issues we enjoyed our stay but would probably not rent the unit again. ##### Renato M.
