Immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds "Perla." The sandy beach of "Trappeto" is a mere 8 km away, offering a scenic escape for beach lovers. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the breathtaking Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, a nature reserve located 40 km from the property.

"Perla" offers a secure and comfortable stay with its burglar alarm system. Heating is available from December 1st to March 31st, ensuring a cozy atmosphere during the cooler months. Public parking is conveniently located on the road. Nearby amenities include a supermarket (300 m), restaurant (20 m), bar (20 m), and the "Partinico" railway station (4 km).

You will be staying in a 3-room terraced house that spans over 90 square meters across two levels on the first floor. The comfortable and tastefully furnished accommodation features an entrance hall, a double bedroom with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as access to a balcony. There is another room without a window that contains two beds and a fan. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet. The upper level boasts a spacious living and dining area with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as access to a balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, five gas burners, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a second bathroom on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, heat (available only from December 1st to March 31st, and not available in all rooms), a microwave, and television sets. The maximum capacity of the accommodation is six people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms available for your convenience.  
  
Other Information  
The accommodation features forced-air heating, although heating is only available from December 1st to March 31st, and not in all rooms. You will also have access to two balconies, each measuring 3 square meters. Additional facilities provided include a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds, additional fees may apply), and a hair dryer.
