"The room was very clean. Overall my stay was very good. The only thing I didn’t like is when the people go to the pool and leave the towel on chairs and they never show up. That leaves us with no chairs to enjoy the pool. I think they should not let people make reservations on the pool. "

"Perfect location, very nice facilities, security service, very clean housekeeper, very courteous and attentive receptionist upon arrival. However, the reception service was very poor in the following days. The biggest attraction is definitely the spectacular view from the balconies; you can see the entire Acapulco Bay! A huge health problem, reported daily (I have photos), was that cockroaches were coming out all over the room. The facade needs urgent attention. The hotel has everything to be one of the best.
