The spacious and welcoming villa Helios occupies a privileged seafront location and offers breathtaking, unobstructed sea views over the Aegean Sea and the neighboring islands.  
  
This modern villa generously offers a luxurious holiday experience. Built on three levels with 5 bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Indoors, clean white lines and a minimalist style prevail.  
  
A wide terrace with a long infinity pool, sunbathing space and pergola-covered lounge and dining areas completes the cleverly designed outdoor space. Villa Beatrice’s great spot gives an impression of being on top of the sea. Along with its contemporary design, comfortable interiors and the impressive swimming pool terrace, the villa is a dream home to stay in.

Situated right above sea level with amazing views over the Aegean, Villa Helios has its guests wishing to prolong their stay.  
  
The villa has an ample terrace with a long infinity pool and a well-tended garden of native vegetation, blending into the island's landscape. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and relax as well as dine al-fresco in the villa’s BBQ area.  
  
This 5-bedroom villa is built on three levels, accommodating its guests in various spacious interiors.  
  
The ground level consists of a sunny, airy and elegantly decorated living room area, an open-plan kitchen and a dining area. On this level, there are also two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. These rooms have direct access to the pool terrace while enjoying direct sea views.  
  
The first floor features two stylish en-suite double bedrooms. Both rooms have private balconies and enjoy stunning sea views.  
  
The lower level consists of a large twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious TV room ideal for movie nights. Both rooms have direct access to the pool terrace. A laundry room is also located on this level.  
  
While entering the property, outdoors there is a small olive grove as well as a shaded parking area.
