"We were in Bermuda for a friend's wedding and had a great 3 nights stay at Spithead Lodge. Our hosts were very kind and accommodated our early check-in. They also gave us a lift to the local market when we first arrived. They have a dock and patio with direct access to the ocean. We took full advantage with several dips. "We did mot want to be in the middle of big city but instead enjoy the suburbs. This was a excellent choice. Private beach, close to bus stop, close to many scenic walking trails and beaches. The property manager and the maintenance gentlemen were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. very responsive. Will definitely want to come again - budget allowing! Bermuda is one of the most expensive places… not the cottage’s fault."
