"Wir waren drei Wochen zu Zweit im Winter in dem entzückenden Haus in Santec und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Christine war super und wir schätzen es sehr, wenn die Übergabe persönlich stattfindet, man noch Fragen beantwortet bekommt und Tips für die Umgebung. Das Meer ist wirklich gleich ums Eck ohne laut zu sein, beim Nachbarn bekommt man frisches Gemüse, die Bäckerei im Ort hat die besten Croissants und St.Pol und Roscoff ist nicht weit für weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind von hier aus einfach und vielfältig - oder man spaziert einfach am Strand entlang und läßt die Seele baumeln. Die Küche im Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad ganz neu mit toller Dusche. Wer in der kalten Jahreszeit kommt, sollte daran denken, daß die Heizkosten dazu kommen. Wir haben für drei Wochen knapp 200,- an Strom bezahlt und ca. 120,- für Holz aus dem Supermarkt.Wir können es weiterempfehlen !"

"Good, but not outstanding. Would definitely consider going back though. We loved the outdoor space and ate all our meals in the garden. Location, next to a couple of small beaches (one of which is dog-friendly), was perfect for us.Loved the view from the balcony, and the botanic is just a couple of minutes walk away and worth a visit.Couple of bars at the marina are handy. One of them sells bread and croissants in the morning.Things that would have made it 5 stars would be:- a bit more generous with things like toilet roll, dishwasher tablets on arrival- a slightly more thorough clean - we're not overly fussy, but there was evidence of a broken bottle at the side of the fridge, for example- tools for the barbecue"

"Check in with Catherine was simple and the house was Very clean and tidy with all necessary utensils and machines that we would need. The property is just a stones throw from the bakery and local store and just 300m from the beach. The area is served by a free bus which runs very regularly between the town centre and the nearby Yelloh Camping site with other stops enroute"

"Absolutely loved our stay at Carolyn & Graham’s lovely gite. It was the perfect size for the two of us and our Labrador who loved running in the extremely private garden. A bottle of wine on arrival was very welcome, as was Sky TV with English channels. The gite is in a perfect area to explore the Western part of Brittany, Huelgoat, the nearest town is well equipped with an Intermarche supermarket, pharmacy and a few nice restaurants. Many thanks again to Carolyn & Graham for their lovely welcome and local information, we would visit again in a heartbeat and have no reserves at all in recommending the gite to anyone."
