Welcome to our charming home! Located in the heart of Sullivan County, near Livingston Manor, this house is your home away from home, with complete privacy in nature!  
  
Sitting on 120 acres with a private 5-acre spring-fed pond, you will be able to go for a walk or a hike entirely on the property, without having to leave.  
  
The space has all the modern basics you need to relax, unwind, and enjoy. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, including a dining table for 10, two living rooms (one queen bed sleeper sofa), one master bedroom (king bed and queen bed sleeper sofa), and two guest bedrooms (queen beds).  
  
The property is suitable for couples, single travelers, adventurers, families with children, and large groups.  
  
Guest access: Guests will have access to the property in its entirety.  
  
Other things to note: This property is just under two hours from New York City.  
  
Livingston Manor, full of attractions and dining options, is just 5 minutes by car.  
  
In the other direction, the town of Liberty is also less than 10 minutes by car.  
  
The surrounding area has many outdoor activities, including hiking, fly fishing, and skiing, to name a few.
