Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please pick up after pets outside. We usually allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.). No vicious breeds are permitted. A $50 pet fee applies. EXTRAS Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. I was able to sit on the back deck in the evening and watch deer graze in the forest. ##### Angela S. The front screen door is broken and needs replaced as well as the back screen door. I am a disabled veteran with PTSD and did NOT feel safe at all the entire time. The home was not as clean (floors were very dirty) as I would have expected for a VRBO and also had an odor like sewage coming up from all the sinks and showers. I had to continually spray air freshner to hide it. The pillows and mattresses could use an update as well as the cushiions on the sofas. ##### D S.
