We’ve stayed at several rental homes and this one was our favorite. It has all you need, it’s right on the water, with a dock, beds were comfortable and plenty of space. Price is perfect as it’s not over the top large like many of the rentals or dirty like the cheeper rentals. We are a family with 5kids and we loved that we didn’t have to leave our dog behind. We have stayed at many places on the river and this one was great for indoor space as some are so tiny. It was very clean and air condition plus added portable coolers kept the house really cool. The patio had an awning which helps so much. More than enough outdoor furniture and the location on the river is fantastic. It's not super crowded but close to everything. The only thing that was not great was the neighbors. You share a space w just a tiny short fence separating the two homes.... they were nice but really partied and very loud outside which made it uncomfortable for us to be on the patio.
