Summary: Experience the pinnacle of Park City luxury at this contemporary 3,790 sq ft Canyons Ridge townhome. Built in 2021, this professionally decorated, 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests. Enjoy unparalleled ski access with a ski-in trail and a short 1/5-mile walk to the brand-new, 10-pack Sunrise Gondola.  
  
The Space:  
After a day on the slopes, unwind in front of a cozy fireplace or take in the stunning, uninterrupted views of Iron Mountain from the deck's fire pit. This home is a true modern marvel, featuring a gourmet kitchen, a new Weber grill, and two Control4 home-theater systems. Never leave the couch or bed with remote-controlled Lutron shades, fireplaces, lights, and music on all three levels.  
  
Located in Canyons Village, you're just a short walk from world-class dining, spas, and entertainment at The Pendry and Waldorf Astoria, amongst other resorts. For a change of scenery, a quick 10-minute drive gets you to either Historic Main Street or Kimball Junction.  
  
The Space: Welcome to your luxurious, three-level mountain getaway. This home features a gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel Thermador and Bosch appliances and a lovely kitchen island with bar seating for four. The dining area offers a modern RH table with seating for eight.  
The main level's spectacular living room features contemporary RH furnishings, an inviting gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows that bring in stunning views and natural light.  
The lower level is a haven for fun and relaxation. Enjoy the dedicated bonus room with a huge RH sectional sofa, an 83” Smart TV, a ping-pong table, dart board, and assorted games. The convenient wet bar with a mini-fridge makes it the perfect entertainment space.  
  
Bedroom & Layout Details:  
Main Level: Bedroom 4 features a full-size day bed and a large ensuite bathroom with two vanities and a glass shower. A half bath and a mudroom for gear storage are also on this level.  
Upper Level: The grand master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 65” Smart TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and a private balcony with stunning views. The private bathroom features a double sink, a floating vanity with under-counter lights, a heated floor, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed, 55” Smart TV, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a glass shower. Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed and a full bathroom across the hall. An inviting loft reading area with spectacular views is also on this level.  
Lower Level: Bedroom 5 (bunk room) has two twin XL beds over a full XL and a twin XL bed, a 55” Smart TV, and private access to a shared bathroom with two vanities and a large walk-in shower.  
Outdoor Amenities: The private patio features welcoming RH seating with a large fire pit and a Weber propane grill. The heated, attached garage offers additional gear storage with ski and bike racks, a bench, and clothing hooks.

The shuttle will also take you to the Canyons Village Transit Hub, where you can catch a free bus to Park City Historic Main Street in just two stops and Kimball Junction in one stop. Deer Valley is a short 6 mile drive; Park City Mountain Resort is accessible via Gondola, bus and car. In the summer, enjoy Canyons Golf Course, hiking on Rob's Trail, biking on Mid Mountain Trail, or water sports at the Jordanelle Reservoir.
