Ideally located on Park Avenue in Park City Utah, and a very short walk to Park City Mountain Resort and within walking distance to historic Main Street, this three bedroom condo has a private patio, a common area courtyard, a large hot tub just steps away, and available common laundry area for your use. Unwind in the comfortable living room, complete with a wood-burning fireplace that's perfect for cozy evenings. Relax on the private patio, where you can take in the crisp mountain air and beautiful surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a standard drip coffee maker, a toaster, an electric tea kettle, and cookware for preparing your favorite meals. The Queen master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The Queen second bedroom shares a common bathroom. The bunk room has a Full over Full bunk bed and a single Twin trundle bed. Only a 2 minute bus ride to Main Street (Old Town) where the great shopping and restaurants are located. This property allows you to save money by not needing to rent a vehicle only to park it.
