Kitchen appliances and cabinetry sleek and attractive. Excellent lighting throughout house, with attractive fixtures and dimmers. The HVAC system and controls are top notch. Liked floor warming system, too. Outdoor private hot tub can seat 7 and has multispeed jets, and was ready to go. The interior of the house is well maintained and was quite clean upon our arrival. Location really good for Park City. I availed myself of the happy hour in King Crown’s Tower (a brief uphill walk) a few afternoons and enjoyed it. Such a stunning and modern home in an incredible location in Park City. The on-suite bathrooms in each room added a wonderful level of flexibility for all family members—talk about bathroom diplomacy! The only downside? Convincing ourselves to leave this cozy haven and explore the outside world, as this home became the undisputed champion of family getaways. If only we could convince the fireplace to come with us! It is in a great location to ski park city and has pretty much any amenity one would desire for a ski trip. The house seemed cold so we ran the fire a lot. The TV could have been better. I could not watch the Super Bowl on the TV nor the Sunday golf match with the system. The hot tub heat adjustment didn’t work so we didn’t use it. We tried to get it up to 102\. Otherwise a very nice house. ##### Michael M. This place is very new and was well stocked with little things that were helpful. Great perk with the “Ski Tower” for ski in ski out access, ski storage, and happy hour. The Property is exceptional and truly made for a total enjoyable summer experience. The home description clearly doesn't give the property justice. The very best home that we have rented for an entire summer in over 12 years. The furnishings and facilities were all exceptional making for a very special summer experience in Park City.
