Rio Grande at Town Lift is arguably the most coveted location in Historic Old Town. Ski in, ski out at Park City's Ski Town Lift located on the corner of Main Street and Park Avenue, this penthouse is perched over the Harvest eatery and boasts a rooftop deck and fire pit with abundant mountain and downtown skyline views. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms and sleeping arrangements for nine, this property combines super lux décor and furnishings with the charm of Historic Main Street. Enter through a private elevator with entry fireplace and head up to the penthouse. The luxury kitchen features Sub Zero and Wolff appliances and dining for 12. The main level of the residence offers two bedrooms suites with ensuite baths; a luxurious King suite, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a steam shower as well as the second Queen suite with flat screen TV, and ensuite bath. The upstairs offers a large bonus room, two bedrooms, and a deck with private hot tub which is an amenity offered in addition to the rooftop deck hot tub and entertaining area. The primary suite on the second floor is a King with ensuite bath and exclusive entrance to the residence's private hot tub. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The location of this place was the best part though! Right in the heart of Main Street in Park City with multiple shops and restaurants close by. The views from all the rooms were just incredible. Unwinding in the hot tub at night and seeing the town all lit up was incredible. You can’t beat this location for access to the Town Lift, 50 steps from the front door to the lift. You will not be disappointed staying here. ##### chris b. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the following weekend with our college and high school aged sons. The common living area was large and comfortable, and so beautiful, with mountain and town views. The bathrooms were large, modern and so well-appointed, with luxury soaps, scrubs, and lotions. The private hot tub was the icing on the cake. The hospitality service was very responsive, quickly resolving a wifi issue and giving us a late checkout of two extra hours on our departure day. Our kids loved the ping pong table. We loved being able to walk to town. This property was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and so cozy. ##### Lisa C.
