The other unit in a different location had frozen pipes and they said the unit would not be ready for us to stay the following day . This unit was one of only a few that filled my wants for my search . We had a little trouble finding the unit but now understand the area a little better . Place was clean , hot tub two steps from the living room door was awesome and we used it everyday before and after skiing . Also the proximity to the lift, which almost seems like a private lift up the mountain was great and convenient. Literally 30 yards away from the exterior door . And the shuttle that is provided is super convenient and a BIG PERK . The drivers are so nice . All and all I think it was meant to be and I ended up with a better unit in the end by chance .
