It was easy to get to, clean, modern, parking available, a pool and hot tub onsite, the manager was very responsive and helpful, and the location is ideal, at the foot of the mountain and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. My mom and I arrived at this unit first to find a unit and were told by the owner we would receive a code to enter. We did not receive that. We then went to the office at 4 pm which was dark and like a ghost town but finally found someone to let us in our unit. The unit around the corner had flooded so the carpet was all wet and workers were there. Also, we noticed a lot of work being done on the whole complex. After we unpacked, we realized the air conditioning was not working and it was 81 degrees in the unit. I met two separate other owners, that said this project had been going on for over two years and all owners of all units had to know about it because they all had to each pay tens of thousands of dollars for this new project of installing air conditioning in the whole complex. My owner acted as if he had not known about it. I find that insulting. I would never rent this unit! Luckily he did give me a refund back for the money I paid so for that I am thankful. ##### Kimberly C.
