This unit benefits from a great location on Main Street in Park City and next door to the Towne lift. Very convenient for skiers. The unit is in pretty good condition (save for carpeting that is stained) and has good amenities. There were two main drawbacks. One - no place to put wet skis or hang ski clothes in the entry. This is a must for skiers. And the second - there were no instructions to renters as to how to operate the fireplace, tv and AV system. Both these are easy fixes and would give this place a 5 out 5 stars rating. ##### Patricia W.
