Enjoy the luxury of an oversize private 2 car garage, allowing you to arrive by car or bike and securely store equipment out of the way. Just minutes from Main Street, you'll be able to enjoy all the shops and restaurants that Park City offers. This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit has a large living space with dining area, modern kitchen and living room space open concept with fireplace. When entering the property, the first bottom floor will be the mudroom with ample hangers and storage for your items to dry. Up the stairs you will walk into the main living area with kitchen to your left. The kitchen comes fully equipped for making meals with a stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator and ice maker freezer. The dining room and living room area can comfortably seat 6. The guest bedroom is off the living room composed of 2 Queen beds, bunk style with a closet to store items. An ensuite bathroom can be opened to be shared with the living room. This modern bedroom has a shower/tub combo and large sink counter with a bright cheery atmosphere. Continue walking upstairs and there is an office desk on your left below a window with a private balcony to the right. Enter into the master bedroom and be greeted by a modern king size bed with ensuite bathroom and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom has large counter with 2 sinks and a shower/tub combo. ​​​​​​​ The Pearl at Park City has all the finishing touches for a cozy romantic getaway or an adults ski trip conveniently located on the free public bus route that services the greater Park City area. House Rules: 🕓 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Mountain Time) Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and approved in writing. Additional fees apply and are billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per hour. 👤 RESERVATION HOLDER The primary guest must be 21 years or older, present during the stay, and accept responsibility for all guests and actions on the property. A valid government-issued ID may be requested at any time before or during the stay. 🔇 NOISE & OCCUPANCY Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Strictly Enforced) per Summit County law and local HOA rules. No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number listed in your reservation unless otherwise approved in writing, If the number of guests exceeds the reservation count without written approval, a fee of $85 per unauthorized guest per night may be charged to the primary reservation holder, and APRÈS may cancel your reservation with no qualifying refund. 🚭 SMOKING / VAPING Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside or on property grounds. A minimum $500 fine applies for any odor, evidence, or damage caused by smoking. 🚫 PARKING & VEHICLES Street parking is PROHIBITED, unless otherwise noted. All vehicles must be parked in the garage, driveway, or assigned spaces. Guests are responsible for any towing, HOA fines, or violations related to improper parking. Many neighborhoods are actively monitored by the HOA and private security. 🐾 PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS Pets are only allowed at designated pet-friendly properties and must be approved prior to arrival. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 violation fee. Service animals MUST be disclosed to host, PRIOR to arrival per ADA requirements; no additional fees apply to qualified service animals. 🛋️ HOME CARE & FURNITURE Do not move indoor furniture. Excessive mess left at check-out may result in additional cleaning charges. ♨️ HOT TUB / SPA USE (if applicable) No food, glass, or oils/lotions allowed in hot tubs. Children under 12 must be supervised. Misuse that requires draining, cleaning, filter replacement, or repair will result in a $450 fee (with documentation). Use of hot tubs is at your own risk. Guests waive host liability by choosing to use these amenities. 🔐 SECURITY CAMERAS & SAFETY Exterior security cameras may be present at entrances, driveways, or garages. Cameras are for guest safety, occupancy enforcement, and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home. 🗑️ TRASH & DISPOSAL All trash must be bagged and placed in designated outdoor bins. Bags left outside or on the ground (not in bins) may result in a $85 disposal fee. If bins are full, please notify us during your stay. 📦 MAIL / DELIVERIES Mailbox access is not available. We do not hold mailbox keys, and we cannot retrieve or forward mail. ⚖️ LIABILITY & DAMAGE REPORTING POLICY Guests may be charged for any damage, violation, or misuse beyond normal wear and tear.
