This house enjoys a supremely walkable location in downtown Park City, directly alongside City Park (which is home to tennis and volleyball courts, a playground, bike paths, a skate park, and concerts on summer weekends). With all those activities right across the street, you'll have easily accessible sources of entertainment at your fingertips. You'll be less than half a mile from the base and lifts of Park City Mountain, the Main Street Historic District, the Sundance Film Festival, and a wide variety of excellent restaurants, shops, and art galleries. The property provides a wonderful setting for time spent outdoors, whether you're sipping coffee on the balcony off the primary suite, watching the sun sink behind the mountains on the balcony off the living room, or unwinding in the hot tub. You'll also have exclusive access to an adjacent courtyard with lovely landscaping and two Big Green Egg grills, shared with only four neighboring homes. Inside, you'll find the light-filled living space on the second floor, with generous windows framing the slopes of Park City Mountain. The cleaners did a good job so this is not their fault but this place really needs new pillows. They are flat and some are stained under the pillow cases. I was wishing we had brought our own.
