Only an 8 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort and across the street from Park City golf course, you'll find downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, and golf are all at your doorstep. The first floor has a large living and dining area with gas fireplace, big screen TV and vaulted ceilings, a convenient half bath, a storage closet with ski boot dryers, and a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The second floor has a second bedroom with a king bed, big screen TV and ensuite bathroom and a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. The townhome was recently renovated and features new furniture, linens, and dishware and also includes use of a covered parking space in the building. The Three Kings campus includes a heated pool and hot tub open year round, sauna, game room, and gym just across the street. Convenient to everything, you can walk to ski lifts, restaurants, shops, or Park City downtown or catch the free bus out front that will take you on a direct route to Park City Mountain (3 minutes), downtown Park City (9 min), or Deer Valley (15 min) The townhome includes: Air conditioning and high speed wifi throughout. Underground covered parking spot. Kitchen: All plates, bowls, mugs, and silverware you will need! Full set of pots, pans, and cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, ice maker, and water filter. We stayed for 3 nights during our first family ski trip to Park City, and the location was perfect - no more than a 5 minute drive away from the ski resorts and restaurants downtown. The community features a pool and enormous hot tub right across the street. The townhome was extremely comfortable, with two comfortable beds, soft linens, and felt like a home away from home.
