A lovely space to unwind after a fun day out on the slopes, this 3 bedroom condo, is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Town Lift are only a few minutes drive from this condo, where you will have unlimited access to skiing, outdoor experiences, and entertainment options in Park City.

The Space:
An ideal choice for families or groups of friends that want to experience everything Park City offers, this condo is the perfect gateway to your next vacation retreat.

After an exciting day of outdoor adventures, guests will appreciate the beautifully decorated interior space of this condo. The family room boasts high ceilings with panoramic glass windows that shower the room with plenty of natural lighting.

Stretch out and relax in the plush sectional sofa, while watching your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV with a new Sonos soundbar. Cozy up with warm blankets next to your loved ones, as you feel the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace. permeate throughout the room.

Access to the private outdoor patio is through the family room -- step out, relax, and breathe in the fresh mountain air as you gaze out into the beautiful views of Deer Valley Loop and the expansive mountains of Park City. The outdoor gas grill is the perfect way for the master griller of your group to show off their exquisite bbq skills. Host an après ski cookout in the summer with the patio furniture provided.

The chef in your group will love the fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops. Try out a new recipe or whip up a family classic and serve a scrumptious homemade meal during your stay. Enjoy your tasty dinner in the dining area, as you exchange stories of your exciting day in Park City.

For a night of peaceful rest, head upstairs to the second floor, where you will have access to the master bedroom that features a lovely king-size bed, a lounge chair, a comfortable love seat, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity, and a separate shower and a jetted spa tub, designed to melt your stress away.

The third floor of the house features two bedrooms that share a full bathroom, around the corner, with single vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom, on this floor, features a lofted ceiling, and a beautiful queen-size bed, with a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom also features an intricately designed lofted ceiling, a comfortable queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a desk.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer combo is available, on the main floor of the house, next to the kitchen. A shared full bathroom is also available, located around the corner from the laundry room.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, a private outdoor patio, and 1 free parking space in the underground garage. Overflow parking is also available outside the garage on a first-come, first-served basis. You will also have access to a ski locker available for storing your gear while you are in town.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The Main Street Historic District is a short 5-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options.

With Park City Town Lift and Deer Valley Resort base within a mile from the condo, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
Park City Main Street Historic District and the nearest ski lift is a short 7-minute FREE bus ride with Sunspot and Rossi Hill stop on multiple routes just a few steps away from this lovely condo. Park City Town Chair Lift & Deer Valley resort, located within a mile from the entrance of this condo, will bring you to some of the best ski runs in Park City. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please note that there is a private entry from the parking garage directly to the condo, as well as a front door entrance.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Clean, Close and Comfortable

This was a great property for my family of six. The property had everything we needed, comfortable beds, large den area, Wi-Fi, TV’s in each room, fire place, well equipped kitchen with coffee pot and washer/dryer. It's a short walk to the closest bus stop, but we rented a car as some of our excursions were outside of Park City. One minor nuisance was that the upstairs really stayed hot and the lower floor, where the fireplace is located, stayed really cold, but it wasn't that big of a deal. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property to friends and family.

Comfortable and convenient

This was a great property for my family of four. We had everything we needed to relax after skiing each day. Comfortable beds, large den area with huge couch, TV’s in each room with lots of channels, fire place, kitchen with cooking gear, washer/dryer, and a hot tub steps from the front door. The lifts are a short walk away, but we did rent a car for our stay so that we could explore the town with ease. This condo is spacious, clean, comfortable, and convenient to the ski mountain. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property to friends and family.

Roomy place steps away from the slopes.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location, walkable to the chair lifts and close to multiple bus stops. The property was unbelievably clean and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and even coffee! We’ll be back!

Great stay on park city

Property was very clean and perfect setup for our family of 4. Lots of room to spread out and loved the wood burning fireplace and huge 72 inch tv in the family room. Beds were comfortable and was a short walk to the resort base to ski. We also walked down to main street at night as it was a little over a half mile walk. Bus stop is close but decided just to walk as the bus arrival times was inconsistent. Overall highly recommend.

Nice place, good location, poor communication with property managers

The property was clean and had very nice space. A short uphill walk to base of ski resort. We tried to contact the property owners to see if we could get an early check-in and they never responded to two messages through VRBO and one phone call. We also had an issue with the shower and they did come to try to fix it. Just didn’t feel very good about our first attempts to contact them so felt uneasy that they would ever respond to our need for support.
