New single family home with gorgeous views of Old Town. 12 minute walk to Town Lift (or 6 minutes to the shops and restaurants on Main St) and a 5 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. Have the best vacation of your life! Bright, luxurious, modern 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with expansive glass doors opening onto large deck to create indoor/outdoor space overlooking Old Town and the mountain resort. Amazing views, cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and top of the line finishes. 1 car garage plus 1 additional parking space on heated driveway. Large master bedroom with fireplace, desk/work area and en-suite bath with steam shower on the second floor. Three additional bedrooms and two baths on lower level. Easily accessible to both Park City and Deer Valley, yet very private on an attractive, peaceful dead end street lined with luxurious mansions.
