Nestled in the sought-after Canyons Village, Apex 304 offers seamless ski-in, ski-out access, placing you directly on the slopes for an unparalleled ski experience. You're just steps from the lively Canyons Village base, home to fantastic dining, shops, activities and concerts, and après-ski options. During ski season, enjoy the convenience of the Canyons Connect Shuttle, providing door-to-door service throughout the community. For broader exploration, the nearby Canyons Transit Hub connects you via the free Park City Transit to Park City's Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, and even Deer Valley—ensuring you can explore Park City's best attractions with ease.  
  
This fabulous two-level condo spans 2,050 square feet and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests.  
  
Guests access this condo through a communal garage with two assigned parking spaces. From there, take the elevator to either the 1st or 2nd floor—both providing direct entry to the unit for your convenience.

Located on the 2nd level, the fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, blending style and functionality. It features stone countertops, a spacious center island with bar seating for three, and high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a 6-burner Wolf gas range and microwave, and a SubZero refrigerator / freezer with an ice maker. For your morning caffeine fix, a Keurig coffee maker is provided.  
  
On the lower level, there is a convenient wet bar with a Wolf microwave and a mini fridge—perfect for late-night snacks or après-ski drinks.
