Rio Grande 202 is at the nexus of everything Park City offers, located at the base of both the historic district and Park City Mountain’s Town Lift. It’s literally steps away from historic Main Street or ski-in/ski-out to Park City Mountain. Win. Win. This luxurious three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo that sleeps 8 is the perfect place to return to after exploring all Park City has to offer. The home chef will love the well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and the gorgeous waterfall island and open concept make entertaining a delight. Unwind on the stylish furnishings near the gas-burning fireplace while enjoying the large flat-screen TV or soak in the mountain views through picture windows. When it’s time to turn in, truly relax in luxurious bedrooms each complete with private en suite bathrooms with heated floors. The main suite features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub and walk-in shower. Each of the bedrooms has its own en suite bath, all of the amenities are high-end, and it overall has a great feel. It’s at the tip of town so you can walk to everything, but it’s perfectly quiet and easy. Management was extremely responsive. ##### Adrienne H. Séjour de 5 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Kathy B., Tulsa 19 janv. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Park City Jan 2024 trip When we arrived at this property at 10 pm there were not any directions on how to find the parking garage so we spent and hour driving around the complex and walking around it. The host was no help and neither waa the property manager. They resent the check in instructions which didn’t have directions to the parking garage. We finally stumbled upon it when someone exited an area littered with trash cans that looked like the garbage area not a garage door. The place is advertised as ski in. You cannot ski in. There were no runs open back to town lift. We found out the first day that you can take lift back to town lift. We took the lift the first day skiing. It took an hour to get back on the lift that barely moved and stopped frequently. The rest of the trip we skied to the base and took an uber back to the condo. The code given to us for the ski locker didn’t work. Noone would answer our request for a correct code. The condo was comfortable and in walking distance of nice restaurants at night. My adult kids and I agreed the beds were all comfortable, even the bunk beds. I wouldn’t recommend this property for early sk season if you are looking for a true ski in out. ##### Kathy B.
