HERE'S WHAT WE LIKED: (1.) Great management. We had to text a few times for minor issues and they were quick to fix. (2) Good location. We walked to skiing and left our skis at the rental place. NOTE: The walk (at the end of the day) is uphill on steep grade so just be ready for some exercise. Recommend wearing street shoes and carry your boots. Leave skis at rental place. (3.) Large comfy living area with fire place (4) Four FULL bathrooms. Two bedrooms having ensuites. (5.) Comfortable beds! All of us slept well with no back pains. (6.) Large kitchen with big dining table. (7) Garage for parking our van. We didn't have to scrape snow! (8) All the rooms had humifiers. Very important for us sotherners used to our humidity! (9) The townhouse is a little dated but, still good. We noticed new carpeting in large living area which we appreciated. Unless you need brand new, you should be ok. OK. HERE IS WHAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: (1) The TV was not good. Yes it was a smart tv so we would watch a movie on Netflix. And there were a zillion channels. But, no live TV? No CNN, Fox, ESPN, etc? (2) Poor snow remoal service. The owners of these condos don't have adequate early morning snow removal service. We had heavy snow the day we were leaving and had some trouble getting out of the long driveway to the main street. If driving, we recommend a four wheel drive vehicle. ##### William H. This house was very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. It was also very clean up on arrival. Areas for improvement are stocking the kitchen a bit better with necessary items. For example there were only 2 wine glasses. As well, it would have been nice to have extra towel linens given there is a jacuzzi. Many had to use the same towel that they were using after their showers.All in all a great experience though. The kitchen is well supplied and the amenities are wonderful. However, communication with the property managers left something to be desired. We tried contacting the managers via the provided phone number and never heard back. The property’s dishwasher needs to be replaced - it makes a loud and sustained sound when it’s running (which is over an hour). It was clean and spacious with plenty of beds and comfortable living area. Everything about the place fit our guys’ weekend trip perfectly; with the exception of the Jets on the Jacuzzi, not working, which was a big disappointment. We did reach out to the management agency, who responded right away that they would have the maintenance person look at it, however, it wasn’t fixed while we were there. The only other issue was that the fire alarm in one of the bedrooms started chirping at 6 AM the first morning we were there. The management company upon notification did send out a maintenance person to replace the batteries that same day. ##### Michael T. Pros: - The location of the property was excellent. Situated halfway between the Park City main base and the town life run, it was easy to go in and out during our 3 days of skiing. - The house was perfect for 6 guests. Very spacious and plenty of room. The living room was a good size and having 4 full bedrooms was great! - The hot tub seemed to be maintained well compared to some other rentals in the past. We did have a very dangerous situation as a very LARGE icicle had formed on the water drain directly above the hot tub which eventually fell INTO the hot tub! If someone had been sitting there and struck on their head, they would be severely injured/killed! Con: - The cleaning crew that this host uses is LOUSY. There was debris found throughout the house and many areas were clearly not wiped down. - Lack of amenities was very disappointing. Cooking utensils were scant. Did not even have aluminum foil or a proper cutting board! Overall, the house was great. The host definitely needs to address the cleanliness issue with the house for future guests. ##### Henry C.
