I rented this specific unit based on the pictures and I shared the pictures out to my guest and referred to them several times prior to my arrival. When I arrived, I was told that the unit I rented was a studio. I left a message with the owner describing the issue. The management company onsite was no help and could not get me another unit. As I was planning to ski, and arrived in the evening, I could not book another location to stay at. I tried to call VRBO several times but could not wait on hold that long during my vacation. I tried to use the online form to report this issue and my rental/contract # would not work with the online form. Prior to this stay, I have had good experiences with VRBO, but now I realize if something goes wrong, it is very difficult to get assistance if the owner is not responsive.
