Our vacation property also features a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a Smart HDTV with cable TV and Blue Ray player, and a large living room with comfortable furniture. The Red Pine complex features a clubhouse with two full-size swimming pools (one heated in the winter). There is also an indoor hot tub, a newly completed outdoor hot tub, and a sauna. The living room and open kitchen are the center of the home and an excellent place to entertain family and friends. The living area is fully furnished with new furniture and a sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and a 48" Smart HDTV, including cable and a Blue Ray player. From the living room, you can also access your balcony, complete with a gas grill. As with much of the home, the kitchen has been updated to better suit your needs and expectations during your Park City vacation. The kitchen has a French door stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, and a complete array of other small household appliances. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare all at-home meals, including cookware, Corningware, and flatware. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar area with seating for two (2), which is convenient for people on the go. The bedroom is just off the living area and has a full bathroom. It is comfortably equipped with a king-size bed, high-quality linens and bedding, a dresser, and a closet. The bedroom also features a large window, which gives you views of the area each morning. The newly updated bathroom features an extra-long counter with a vanity and a separate area with a walk-in shower, stainless steel fixtures, and new tile. Bike racks are also available in the B-G, N-T, and U-Z parking lots (behind the dumpsters). Red Pine Condominiums are located just 200 yards from the base of Canyons at Park City. From our condo, you are within walking distance of the free Cabriolet Lift (people mover), which provides quick and convenient access to the largest ski resort in the United States - Park City! One of the most exciting ski towns in the Rocky Mountains, Park City offers hundreds of restaurants, shops, and activities. Excellent shopping, ranging from boutiques to large outlet stores, is also available, and there are two movie theaters, all within minutes of the condo. The Utah Olympic Park is minutes away, the training facility for Olympic athletes, and a great visitor destination in Park City. If you want to ski at other great resorts in the area, you can easily take a day trip to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, or Brighton Ski Resort for adventure. As other reviewers have noted the property lacks a ski closet, hooks or racks for ski clothes. There were just two of us, so not a huge deal, however, I could see how this could become problematic for, a family of four. We purchased three plastic over-the-door hook racks and brought them with us. The location is ideal, and the on-demand shuttle made getting on and off the mountain a breeze. We also walked to the Cabriolet lift, which was simple. The property manager was very attentive and reached out via text several times by text. Two downsides to the property, one 10 AM checkout and the other was overall cleanliness. The property needs a deep clean. I'm sure its a derivative of volume renting. Me, my wife and our three kids (13, 7, 2) fit comfortably and did not feel cramped at all. They had a pack & play in the closet to be used as a crib/bed for the toddler and the other two kids comfortably share the sofa bed. There were ample spare sheets, blankets, and pillows. The location is perfectly close to the ski resort, and definitely take advantage of the CV Connect app to request a shuttle straight from your door to the ski area. The host was helpful and attentive and responded promptly to all communication. Our only complaint, and this is not the fault of the host, is that the ceiling is quite thin, meaning that we could hear nearly every footstep of the guests in the chalet above. This was mostly noticeable once we had quieted down for the evening and were lying in bed. I'm unsure if any noise we made traveled up to them. Not a major gripe, but if you are a light sleeper perhaps pack some earplugs or noise canceling headphones. Overall we were very pleased and would readily book here again. ##### Benjamin K. Property is a 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet Lift that takes us to Canyon village. Management is super responsive via text and everything worked out great. Property was clean and complete. Cons are the ceilings/walls are super thin and we could literally heard people above us stomping around loudly, especially at bedtime. Hot tub was a few minutes walk away and not very impressive (jets and indoor jaccuzzi not working). Kitchen was well-stocked with appliances that we needed to cook for our 3 days. Came with large bed, futon and air mattress. Kitchen was supplied with mostly everything we needed. We could hear footsteps and music from the family staying above us, so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're sensitive to noise. There's no central heating system which left us hot or cold at times. I also wish the management company told us before we checked in that you need to download the CV connect app to order the super convenient free shuttle to the slopes/shops, etc and that their offer for free rentals needed to be placed 72 hours before our trip. ##### Joshua S. Jan 19, 2018 #### 1st time to PC We had a great visit to Park City and will definitely return. The condo was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was with the heat the first night. We thought maybe there hadn’t been anyone staying there prior to us and the heat was just taking a bit to heat up. We woke up and our bedroom was 62 degrees. There was definitely something wrong. We called maintenance and they had someone there in about an hour or so. He fixed the problem in no time and when we got back from snowboarding, the condo was toasty. Luckily there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm the first night. Overall, a great vacations! ##### Jody F. They are very cozy. But this one has been nicely updated and has a King bed. There were lots of nice features, but a few things missing for a ski condo. There is no ski storage inside or out and a serious lack of places to hang coats and ski gear. The condo needs a bigger entry rug to keep from tracking in snow. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around, but it wasn't a big problem. Our second condo this year without a colander and there's no garbage disposal. A little drafty with single digit temps. So not perfect, but it's nicely updated at a good price and a great location. While you can walk to the Cab lift, you can also use the Canyons Connect app to order up a ride to and from the Village at any time. Very convenient. The Mgmt Company was responsive and easy to work with. Overall a good experience. ##### Edward G. Mar 3, 2019 #### Ok place..need better upstairs neighbors First,\_\_\_\_The sound insulation between 1st and 2nd floors is terrible. Could hear conversations upstairs...muffled, but enough to wake you up if they were talking even moderately loud. On top of that our upstairs neighbors decided to play music till midnight. And then the stomping and moving chairs around woke me up at 230am 2 different nights.\_\_\_\_The router quit working. We contacted itrip and they said they would send someone out. Claim was they did and said it was a provider problem and would have to contact the owner. When we got back from skiing we power cycled the router and everything worked after that...hmm..top notch maintainence.\_\_\_\_The condo is not 200 yds from Cabriolet lift as advertised. Google maps says more than 400yds ..big difference in ski boots.\_\_\_\_ ##### Randy J. Apr 7, 2022 #### Very easy access to Canyons Mountain This place was great for a girls' trip with 4 of us! It was a tiny bit hard to find at night - when you get to the V building parking lot off of Chalet drive, turn right, and the apartment is on the left. They guaranteed salt, pepper, and olive oil, but other guests had left teas and a variety of other spices. Plenty of cookware, but a couple things to bring if you want them: tupperwares, tin foil, wine opener, a blender, maybe your own favorite Keurig cups. Extra trash bags are underneath the trash bag in the can. They had hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and lotion and a few soap bars, and they delivered extra when we asked. They also delivered extra towels promptly, as the place came with 3\. The heated pool and 2 hot tubs (one indoors and one outdoors) are at the club house: go uphill on Chalet drive and see the lights on the left - don't forget the key card! Very easy access to Canyons Mountain and a very quick bus ride to Park City Mountain. The shuttle for Canyons will take you to the bus stop to get there - just download their app (CV Connect). The couch turns into a nice bed, would be a bit tight for 2 grown men but we fit nice and cozy. The heat and fireplace were a big plus, and Dori was so communicative, responsive, and gracious. I attended a mastermind in Parc City and needed a comfortable place near the Grand Summit and Ski Lifts. Check-in/out was easy. The best part is I received a complimentary ski package the entire stay - over $300 savings! My main complaint was that there was the lack of home essentials. There was a coffee maker but no coffee, no basic condiments, and a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner that were supposed to last for our 4 night stay (we ended up having to order these items online). Additionally, there was no dresser in the bedroom so you had to get changed in the living room that was fairly public (big window looking in). Lastly, there is a washer / dryer in-unit but they are locked so to do laundry we had to go to the communal area which is a pain when it's snowy and cold outside.
