Discover the perfect vacation rental in the heart of Old Town, Park City. 1014 Empire Avenue, Unit 1 offers the ideal setup for a group of friends or families seeking a fantastic vacation. With 4 bedrooms each with an en-suite bath and an additional half bath it can comfortably sleep 8 people. Enjoy your fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with mountain views, a gas fireplace, private hot tub, deck, grill, and full size washer and dryer. 1014 Empire Ave is in walking distance to the lifts at the base of PCMR, The Town Lift and all Main Street has to offer with Shopping, Bars and Restaurants. It is also just a quick 10 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. This makes this unit the perfect spot.   
  
The space  
1014 Empire Ave has been fully remodeled with completion fall of 2023\. There are two units. Unit 1 is on multiple levels with the living area and kitchen on the top floor with vaulted ceilings. This unit has 1 primary bedroom with a King Bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower and access to the deck and hot tub. Bedroom 2 is a Queen Bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3 is another Queen Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 4 is a set of twin beds with a bathroom with a shower/tub. There is also an additional half bath. Unit 2 is also available for rent.  
  
Guest access  
The garage space is a shared space for both units for the renter's skis, and boots. Take advantage of the ski racks and boot and glove warmers when you come in from a long day of skiing. There are three shared outside parking spaces. No street parking during the winter ski season.
