Big kitchen but the family room/common space is downstairs and separated. Not clear from listing and we were hoping for our entire family to hang out together - basically sat around thr kitchen.the rooftop which looked so great in photos is a bunch of broken lawn furniture and some plastic chairs. Hot tub was broken which they did tell us the week before. Bigger issue is it is worse for wear. Many things broken and they had to send a guy to fix WiFi and garage code opener - both kind of critical items. Check in we were given a code that didn’t work to open garage to get in. The gal at the office was very responsive in handling things but it’s clearly better not to spend a lot of time getting things fixed! I thought a thousand a night meant a better property but their response when I asked for an adjustment due to all the issues was we already had a discounted summer rate. The house was very clean, well stocked and the check in/ check out process was so easy. We loved the 3 master suites. Management was very responsive to texts. There were issues with the hot tub and outdoor space but they were resolved. We would stay here again. ##### Gail K. In the listing it was showing hot tub and grill. Both were not in the property when we arrived.Contact property manager immediately and the first response was only "i am sorry".Tried to change the property several times with them and it was not possible.In the end we stayed in the property with out hot tub (with 5 kids) and they give a refund of 20% (in my view very low) and late check out. ##### Marcelo P.
