House Rules: 🕓 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Mountain Time) Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and approved in writing. Additional fees apply and are billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per hour. 👤 RESERVATION HOLDER The primary guest must be 21 years or older, present during the stay, and accept responsibility for all guests and actions on the property. Children under 12 must be supervised. Misuse that requires draining, cleaning, filter replacement, or repair will result in a $450 fee (with documentation). Use of hot tubs is at your own risk. Guests waive host liability by choosing to use these amenities. 🔐 SECURITY CAMERAS & SAFETY Exterior security cameras may be present at entrances, driveways, or garages. There are no cameras inside the home. ​​​​​​​ 🔑 LOST KEYCARD & REMOTE Please note that a $100 replacement fee will be charged for each lost or unreturned keycard and garage remote. Had a girls weekend in Deer Valley/Park City in early September - several of the girls said it was the nicest rental they had ever stayed in. The home was impeccably clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the couch was the coziest couch we all had every been on. We did not use the sauna but the hot tub was great. The property was spacious for the 7 of us and could have fit several more even, and had sufficient parking. Communication was great, and we had no issues. I think the only thing that was less than 5 stars was that the shower pressure was very low, but not a huge deal. Definitely recommend! ##### Adrianne S.
