The other minor thing to share is laundry detergent is not provided. I searched a while for a place with a balcony. We wanted to drink our coffee and eat on the balcony, but at one point workers were sitting out there on their phones and there was trash in bags and a big hole in the torn up plywood you could step through. Instead, we closed all the blinds and the whole place was dark and not very inviting. It had a full kitchen and laundry area. We had an end unit which had plenty of windows for a nice view and natural light. The carpet in the bedrooms was recently replaced. I would suggest replacing the large table in the master bedroom with a smaller writing desk (that would provide better use of space). The thermostat was a little “fickle.” The heat stayed on long after we’ve turned it off. Location was fine- close to shopping and restaurants and we liked the hot tub. On the positive side, the location is wonderful. It is located right next to an outlet mall and within a five minute drive to a lot of restaurants. Overall the experience was tainted by someone being parked in our reserved spot and despite calls to the staff they were apathetic at best. We had to park in the visitor parking which meant we had to carry all of our luggage up flights of stairs instead of the convenient elevator in the parking garage. Worse still, there was no hot water and despite multiple calls no effort was made from the staff to correct this issue. We were told twice that a maintenance person would be sent and no one arrived and when we called to see when we could expect them the front desk person acted as though they had no idea what I was talking about. Needless to say we never were able to shower during our stay which is completely unacceptable and compounded by the fact that no one seemed concerned or willing to help us out.
