The room and amenities were as expected as were the photos in accurate reflection of the property. There was definitely an issue at the time of check-in. The front desk had no record of our reservation and I was unable to get in touch with the property management company to the point where I had to call Vrbo. In all it took an hour and a half sitting in the front lobby to try to get things sorted out so that was a bit frustrating.
