The host company was pretty responsive and helpful. A few cons if I’m just being nitpicky: the heating took awhile to figure out and get functioning but we did get it going and the fireplaces helped warm up the space a ton. The beds are meh but I’ve yet to find a Vrbo with great mattresses. Only other nitpicky thing is there’s no niches or shelves in the showers so shampoo etc has to be placed on the shower floor. Kind of annoying but no big deal in the grand scheme. Overall I’d recommend this rental and we would most definitely stay again. Thanks for a great ski week! ##### Jeanne Anne m.
