It is just a short walk (10 minutes) to the lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. In the Winter, the resort offers world-class skiing and snowboarding. Guests will enjoy the rich history of these upgraded vintage condos and community amenities. Access to the community sauna, laundry facilities and common areas are available to guests. The cozy main level of the condo includes a bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bath, a comfortable living room with a 50” flat screen TV above an environmentally-friendly electric fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is also a pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room. Upstairs is a loft-style bedroom with a Full bed and a Twin bed and an attached bath including a shower. Just outside of the main floor is a nice patio with your private propane BBQ and seating area. The AC is a portable style unit and it cools the whole condo. Also, there is a ceiling fan in the living area and in the loft bedroom.
