The property management group was easy to deal with. The only two issues - if you visit during a time of snow or ice do not rent or drive a car to this property. The driveway was not initially made free or ice/snow and the front wheel drive vehicle provided by the rental car company could not make it up the driveway and property management had to come assist. Second, the sidewalk is on the opposite side of the road and the road can be busy at times when attempting to cross. The location is a short walk over to Main Street and the free bus stop. The house has everything we needed and when we did need something, the property management company, Abode, brought it over very quickly and was always very easy to communicate with. I would rent from them 100x over. The driveway is verrrrrry steep but didn’t have a problem with it since we stayed in August (I.e., no snow). There is a stairway off the second porch that leads to another one that overlooks the entire city that was absolutely breathtaking. I didn’t realize this from the photos but was blown away by the beauty of it! The house is on a very busy street so there is street noise at night but all in all, great stay! ##### Amanda N. The house was very clean and just a short walk from Main Street. It was also a short walk from the buses which brought you right to the mountain. They also provide you with a text line if you have questions or need anything. The reason I gave it four stars was because the driveway is so steep that no Uber or van wanted to come up the driveway. Meaning we had to drag all of our suitcases to the bottom of the driveway and wait in the snow. I did appreciate the crew coming out to shovel. However, it snowed constantly while we were there, so it didn’t make too much of a difference. In the backyard, there is a staircase that leads up to a higher platform. Unfortunately, it was not shoveled out and we were not able to get up there where the views are apparently stunning according to other reviewers. I wish that they had shoveled it out for us. The only last comment is that the house is owned by a property management company. This company sent me a ton of options to do in Park City prior to our arrival. Although this sounds like a good thing, everything they sent me was the most expensive option and kind of a rip off. We ended up just googling other options for ski rentals, park tickets, and excursions and found several options for a fraction of the price cheaper. other than that, the house itself is a great option! ##### Caitlin L. It was perfect for our family! My husband and I rented the property and invited my parents and siblings. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms very clean! I like that some rooms had ample closet space and some, drawers as well. The common area was very open and spacious for us to gather and chill. We used the kitchen which was well stocked, the grill worked great. Hot tub was nice to have after skiing all day! And there is a hidden gem in the back deck! Make sure you take the time to climb up in the back to it. Best pictures of The Valley you will get from that side If you plan to rent a car and not depend on public transportation (even though town is very close walking distance) make sure to rent a 4WD, ( not necessary but helps when snow coming down constantly) as house has a steep driveway but worked well with the car we had and also closed garage space! We were blessed / cursed with 5 days of steady snowfall. Amazing for the slopes but a bit of chaos for snow plowers in town. The house had plenty of supplies to help out and Mr Chase from Abode Luxury Property management did his best to help out. At one time coming himself to help clean the decks. Comfortable beds and living area. Eight of us enjoyed dinners in and walkable dinners out. Very convenient for skiers. And for the one of us who worked all week, perfect Wi-Fi. Stay in Park City My first visit to Park City was really great. Because my husband and I were babysitting, while our children skied, I spent most of the time in the house, and it couldn't have been more comfortable. It was well supplied, and the property managers were very welcoming and helpful. When some ice fell and damaged the deck, they responded promptly to keep it safe for us. It was within walking distance from town, and the kids easily caught the bus to the lift. We enjoyed being able to build a fire. The only thing to mention is that the driveway is steep and a little difficult to get in to from the fairly busy road. But we had a four wheel drive, and were able to get in and out. Sometimes it just required a little patience. It would not stop me from recommending this property, though. ##### Debra A. The location was PERFECT, very close to downtown and the free bus stop to skiing. Great layout, nice and clean. Perfect for 2 families.
