It is located next to Park City Mountain with balcony views of the slopes and less than a mile to Main Street. Shuttles are available just outside the building to whisk guests up the hill, and the Park City transit system, with service to all the area ski resorts, stops just across the street. The 1,430-square-foot property accommodates up to 10 guests and offers a garage with ski storage. After a fabulous day of skiing and shopping, guests can soothe tired muscles by relaxing in the property’s shared hot tub. Guests will love gathering in the living area, which features a 60” wide-screen TV with a DVD player, Comcast cable, Netflix, and a surround-sound stereo system; a fireplace; a balcony; and comfortable, overstuffed couches, one of which is a queen-sized sofa bed. The adjacent informal dining area seats up to 10, with an additional four at the kitchen counter next to the dining area. The large kitchen offers every amenity, including a microwave, refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher, small appliances, plenty of counter space, and a full range of dining and cookware. Guests will also appreciate the convenience of a washer and dryer located in the condominium. Space is no problem in any of the three bedrooms, as all come with ample closets. The high ceilings in the bedrooms and bathrooms make the areas feel extra roomy. The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a balcony, flat-screen TV and DVD player, a lovely oversized reading chair and ottoman, and a comfortable king-sized bed. It also has a recently remodeled en suite bathroom. The first guest suite is well-outfitted with a queen-sized bed, a large window to let in plenty of light, large double closets, and a flat-screen TV. The second, family-friendly suite includes one bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin on top, a TV, and a large closet to stow gear for the entire crew. A second, full-sized bathroom is available for those staying in the guest rooms. The person we communicated with was very responsive and helpful. The bus stop was right outside the apartment, and we were only a 10-minute walk from Main Street. That said, the stay was more stressful than relaxing because of maintenance issues. 1\. The outside keypad to access the garage didn't work. 2\. Neither fireplace was usable. One was under inspection, and the other we had maintenance come to fix, but the pilot light automatically went out, which is not safe, so we couldn't use it. And most stressfully, 3\. We didn't have access to our car for 1/2 of the trip because our driveway wasn't properly plowed & we were blocked in. When we complained that we were blocked in by a snowdrift, the person plowed 1/2 the garage. Then, when we complained again, they still left 1/4 of the garage blocked in. I requested (and got) a shovel, but I was not expecting to have to shovel my way out while on vacation. Other maintenance issues were small--peeling paint, chipped dishes, stained blankets, window shades in disrepair, which would not render this apartment a "5-star" experience. ##### Ronda A. Kitchen had everything you need, except perhaps a salad spinner. Very short walk across parking lot to main Park City Mountain village and lifts. Hot tub, foosball and ping pong were a hit; just downstairs. Garage and ski storage with a room for ski tuning and waxing. ITrip service very efficient. Needed a refill on propane for the grill on the balcony; delivered promptly. ##### Craig D. Excellent location - one block away from Park City mountain, close to Fresh Markey (grocery store) and bus stop. Hill was steep to climb in the mornings, so we took the bus and walked home at the end of the day. Buses were great and so easy to use to get around to mountains, restaurants, etc. ##### Annemarie S. Thoroughly appreciated the cook’s kitchen, heated master bathroom floor and the dining area. Loved parking our Large SUV in the attached garage especially since it snowed 12+ inches during our stay. Great property, great location. The unit is updated, kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy. The place was really roomy for my family of 8\. The kids really enjoyed the heater in the bathroom. It’s unfortunate the master bathrooms didn’t work, I didn’t even know the master bathroom had one until 4 days in. It just didn’t work. Nor did the fireplace inside the master room which made some nights a little frustrating relying on the living room fireplace to heat throughout. When we Reached out to management About the fireplace we were just told that we couldn’t use it. We weren’t offered anything for the inconvenience which is a little disheartening and surprising being we paid a fair price for the place. Overall, we would stay again just going forward to make sure everything will work inside the home that is listed as such. ##### Stephanie F. Check in was easy, property clean and very well maintained. Plenty of space to cook, have dinners, and relax after a busy day. First floor garage and storage unit for skis/boards was a great bonus since this is a third floor unit. Unit is easily within walking distance from some main lifts on the mountain and within a block of the bus to get to Main Street for shopping and dinner! ##### Jennifer M. Very well equipped kitchen. 5 minute walk to the resort center and walkable distance to Main St. But, we took the bus in front of the library to shorten our walk. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and responded very quickly to the questions. One thing to be aware is that there is no elevator in the building. So be prepared to carry the luggages up 4 flights of stairs. We kept our skis in the garage. So not a big issue for us. Overall, very pleasant stay and will be back again. ##### Ying Z. Easier to hop on a bus and go up Park Ave to the Town Lift. The walk back from Payday lift is easy since it’s down hill. The parking garage was too small to fit our full size SUV (Toyota Sequoia), but we were lucky to find a spot nearby. Kitchen was well equipped, and had the basics for cooking (salt, pepper, spices). Beds were comfy! The TV was problematic. The remote barely functioned, and when we did get a show on, the TV would abruptly turn off. So we bought an HDMI cable and connected a laptop instead. Would recommend bringing a Roku or Firestick to access streaming services. Hot tub was great! The climate is dry, so make use of the provided humidifiers. ##### Brent N.
